A: Before you take off from your country, please let us know.
We will arrange the time to pick you up on time.

A: We are a factory producing renewable solar powered energy product, such as solar powered radios, solar lamp, bluetooth speaker, torches etc. We will launch new product every month.
Q: If we can have a sample for solar radios order?
A: Yes and the a sample can be free. but the customers need to pay the airfreight cost by international express for shipment the sample.
Q: What's your main market?
A: Our main markets are America, European, Africa and Japan, Korean etc.
Q: What Certificates do you have?
A: Our products have been tested by CE, FCC and RoHS Standards which is complied with the European Directive.
Q: Do you have any sales service?
A: Yes, we do 1 Year Warranty for any of our products.

Q: What the logistic forwarders do you usually work with?
A: We work with EMS, TNT, UPS, FEDEX, DHL for the sample's shipment and other logistics sea forwarders for bulk cargos shipment. Assigned your own sea forwarder for shipment is available.
